ProtevMed

Shaping the future of Healthcare Information Technology.

The stimulus bill signed in February of 2009 includes $19 billion for Healthcare Information Technology (HIT).  Approximately $17.2 billion in incentive payments will be made by Medicare to healthcare providers who can demonstrate the “meaningful use” of EHR technology.  The Medicare payment incentives for eligible providers is $15,000 for the first year (2011). However, if by 2015, a healthcare provider does not demonstrate the use of EHR, Medicare incentive rates will be greatly reduced.

ProtevMed understands the individual needs of your hospitals and practices.  We are uniquely qualified to evaluate the many high quality, certified EHR’s to ensure that your software purchase meets your needs.

ProtevMed also understands the financial investment and dedication required to meet the “meaningful use” criteria. More importantly, we’re ready  to help you get past those barriers, today!

If your organization has yet to adopt an EHR solution, ProtevMed can help you make the most of the Medicare incentives waiting for you.  The time is now for healthcare providers to select an EHR so that they are eligible for the highest incentives as soon as they are available.
